Could it be beneficial?

Below are some questions to consider, to help you decide whether counselling could help you:

_1) Have you spent lots of  time during the past few weeks/months thinking and worrying about this issue; are you unable to get it off your mind or switch off?

2)
Have you unexpectedly lost or gained weight recently? Have you a loss of appetite? Or are you having sleeping difficulties?

3) Have you lost direction in your life, or are you experiencing feelings of hopelessness or despair?

4) Do you use food, drugs, alcohol, or other substances to self medicate or make feelings go away?

5) Has your patience and ability to manage frustration led to an increase in the frequency and intensity of anger?

6)
Have you noticed a change in any behaviours in your spouse or other close family members which trouble you?

7) Do you sense something isn't right?

8) Are you struggling to make a difficult decision?

9) Does your behaviour trouble you, would you like to change?

10) Do you ask yourself questions like "why do I feel depressed?", "how long does depression last?", or "why do I get so upset?", "should I see my Dr, or should I see a counsellor?"

11) Do you become clumsy through stress

12) Do you often suffer from 'road rage'

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions then counselling could help you.
