Take a moment to read carefully before booking

1. Book at the bottom of the page. If you would like to move your appointment to another time, or be refunded, please give me more than 48 hours notice. I work online & face to face, appointments can be switched to online by giving me notice the same day.

2. Appointments are 'first come, first serve'. Spaces are limited as I tend to get booked up to around 3 months ahead, therefore I recommended you book 6–10 sessions at a time if possible to make sure you get an appointment each week.

3. If you would like a more traditional, regular, weekly and 'pay as you go' therapy set up then please email me using the button at the top of the page, and I'll see if I can help.

4.  I find integrating EMDR into other models more beneficial for complex trauma than EMDR alone. These sessions usually need to be 1.5 hours. Think about EMDR as one type of tool, which is great for some jobs, but for other more delicate, complex jobs you're best to have a range of tools..  EMDR with me is not like it is in the NHS, it is not a 'quick-fix' as you may have been led to believe. It may not even be approopiate, or needed with the other 'trauma-therapies'  I employ. ​Find out more about EMDR

5. DO NOT ARRIVE/BUZZ MORE THAN 5 MINUTES EARLY. I will not be able to let you into the building as I will not be available.

​6. Please make sure you have the correct time zone if you are outside the UK, make sure you are aware of the date you are booking (appointments shown can be weeks ahead)

​8. Parking: FREE at the front of the building, or head for the signed 'yoga' car park.
